Graduation Regalia

1. Prices and Orders
Prices for hire and sale are set out below and include GST. Orders can only be made on-line with payment in full for the hire or purchase by credit card at the time of order (see current pricing details below).

2. Pick Up & Return
Hired regalia can be collected from the ceremony venue and must be returned to the same venue directly after the ceremony. Should regalia not be returned on time, an additional charge will be made to the Customer of $10.00 per day for that many days up to the sale price of the item. A supplementary tax invoice for the additional amount will be issued to the Customer should this occur.

3. Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for regalia from the time it leaves Graduation Regalia premises until its return and must return the regalia in the condition in which it was delivered, fair wear and tear excepted. Damage to regalia will be charged to the Customer.

4. Refunds
Any order for regalia hire that is cancelled by a Customer prior to 48 hours before the ceremony will be given a full refund. If an order is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the ceremony or where the regalia is not collected, the Customer will be entitled to a refund but will be levied an administrative fee of $33 including GST.
Where a Customer is unable to attend one ceremony, but can attend another, a credit for the full amount will be given towards the Customer’s subsequent order for another ceremony.
Where regalia is sold, returns for refund will be allowed where goods are faulty or wrongly described. Returns for exchange after the completion of the ceremony where the regalia are in good conditions.

5. Sale
Where regalia is sold, refunds will only be given if the regalia is faulty or wrongly described.

6. Privacy
Any personal information disclosed to the ‘Graduation Regalia site’ will not be released to any third party, except for Edith Cowan University for the specific purpose of confirmation of graduation details, or if we are compelled or authorised to do so by Law. Credit card details received for payment will only be retained until such times as hired regalia is returned and the charging of any additional fees for damage or non-return have been levied.
Graduation Regalia is committed to maintaining the security of any personal data collected and protecting it from loss, theft or alteration. This applies to demographic information, client site usage information and personally identifiable information. Email addresses and mobile phone numbers may be used to communicate with you during the ceremony period and at a later date. Data collected is stored on secure Graduation Regalia servers that can be accessed by authorised Graduation Regalia personnel only. To safeguard all information collected, Graduation Regalia and its employees follow the practices in this Policy. Access or use of information for any purpose other than those explained in this Policy will not be authorised.

7. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permissible by law, Graduation Regalia provides this website and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, with respect to this website, information, content materials or product included in this site.
Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Graduation Regalia nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
